How do I apply for a property?
Tenants are required to sign up and complete at least one form of identification prior to applying for a property. They are then able to select a property they are interested in, enquire and/or apply for it.
How much does it cost for tenants?
Instarent is free for tenants to use. If tenants pay rent via a credit card there will be a 1.65% surcharge.
If a tenant wants to pay via direct debit, there is zero transaction fee.
